Identified the Farmers growing Patchouli Organically in the state of Karnataka. Our association with them encouraged the group to get Organic Certification. We are supporting 20 small & poor farmers growing Patchouli in 35 acres.
Steam Distillation takes place in our Certified Distillation Plant under the supervision of our Field Office. We are presently producing 1.50 MT of Organic Patchouli Oil / Yr.
Mudar India started producing Patchouli Oil in their own farm to produce another 1.50 MT of Oil per annum which will get certified by 2009. Planning to produce more than 10.00 MT of Organic Patchouli Oil by 2010. This step is being taken to have a better and regular supplies to our clients at a very reasonable price.
We take the produced Patchouli Oil to our SSEZ unit to Blend the Oils produced by different Farmers to get Patchoulol Content between 31-33%.
Very Powerful Internal Control System, Well Established & Highly Qualified staff runs the Organic Patchouli Project. Our farmers grow Organic Patchouli as per our requirements & standards under the strict supervision of our Project Office. Providing all the required technology to maximize the oil yields by using organic methods of agriculture.
Harvested material will be provided with a Reference Number and will be brought to our Certified Steam Distillation Plant. Oil will be taken in to Mudar India’s control as soon as the Oil is distilled, ensuring Purity of the Oil. Traceability is maintained at all the stages. . Name of the Farmer, Location of the Field and the Cultivation Methods can be traced with the reference of the Drum and Lot Numbers.
